jlgm operates in full compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 — the Data Privacy Act of 2012 — and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. We are registered with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines as required for regulated gaming operators.
jlgm collects only the minimum personal data necessary to provide gaming services, process payments, comply with PAGCOR and anti-money laundering obligations, and operate our responsible gaming tools. We do not collect data speculatively or for undefined future purposes.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you have enforceable rights over your personal data held by jlgm — including the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data. We have a dedicated process for handling data subject requests and will respond within the legally required timeframes.
In the unlikely event of a personal data breach affecting your information, jlgm will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of discovery and notify affected players without undue delay, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act and NPC Circular requirements.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how jlgm ("jlgm," "we," "us," or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming Platform accessible at jlgm.win, collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects the personal information of individuals who register an account, visit the Platform, or interact with jlgm's services in any capacity.

jlgm operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). As a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operator, jlgm is subject to ongoing regulatory supervision, including requirements relating to the collection, storage, and protection of player personal data under both PAGCOR regulations and the Data Privacy Act.

Some of jlgm's service providers — including game software studios and cloud infrastructure partners — may process your data on servers located outside the Philippines. Where such transfers occur, jlgm ensures that the recipient country or organization provides an adequate level of data protection, or implements appropriate safeguards such as binding contractual clauses, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act and NPC guidelines on cross-border data transfers.
jlgm does not transfer your Philippine government ID documents or sensitive personal information to servers outside the Philippines except where strictly required for licensed KYC processing, and in all such cases under contractual data protection obligations binding on the receiving party.
jlgm retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and resolve any disputes or enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods applicable to jlgm are as follows:

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, as a Filipino data subject, you have the following enforceable rights with respect to your personal data held by jlgm:
You may request a copy of all personal data jlgm holds about you, including the purposes for which it is processed, the categories of data involved, and the recipients to whom it has been disclosed. jlgm will respond to access requests within 15 business days.
You may request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data jlgm holds about you. Where corrections affect KYC-verified data (e.g., your legal name), updated documentation may be required. Corrections will be processed within 15 business days.
You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or where you withdraw consent and no other legal basis for processing exists. Note that jlgm cannot delete data that we are legally required to retain under PAGCOR or AML regulations — we will notify you of any applicable retention obligations.
You may object at any time to jlgm processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests where you have grounds relating to your particular situation. Marketing opt-outs are processed immediately upon request.
Where technically feasible, you may request a copy of the personal data you have provided to jlgm in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (e.g., CSV). This right applies to data processed by automated means on the basis of your consent or a contract with jlgm.
Where jlgm processes your data based on your consent (e.g., marketing communications, personalized offers), you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 business days.
If a personal data breach involving your information occurs and is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, jlgm will notify you directly, in plain language, without undue delay — describing the nature of the breach, the data affected, the likely consequences, and the measures jlgm has taken or proposes to take.
If you believe jlgm has processed your personal data in violation of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. jlgm encourages you to contact our DPO first to attempt resolution before filing with the NPC.

We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and respond within the timeframes required by Philippine law.
jlgm's Platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 21 years and above, as required by PAGCOR regulations applicable to all licensed online gaming in the Philippines. jlgm does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If jlgm determines — through KYC verification or any other means — that a registered user is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account, delete any personal data collected, and comply with applicable PAGCOR notification requirements. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR's guidelines on underage gaming incidents.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has registered a jlgm account, please contact our Data Protection Officer at [email protected] immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action within 24 hours of receiving such a report.
The jlgm Platform does not contain links to third-party websites unrelated to jlgm's services. Internal navigation links on jlgm.win refer only to other pages within the jlgm domain. jlgm is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party game software providers whose content is delivered within the Platform — those providers are bound by their own privacy policies and by the data processing agreements they hold with jlgm.
jlgm reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, NPC guidance, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this document. We recommend reviewing this Policy periodically. Your continued use of jlgm following any update to this Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised version. If you do not accept the revised Policy, you may close your account and request deletion of your data as described in Section 12.
