These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the jlgm platform and all services provided at jlgm.win. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing jlgm, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
These are the most important rules that apply to every jlgm account. The full legal text follows below — but these six points summarize what matters most.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use jlgm. This is a mandatory PAGCOR requirement for all regulated online gaming in the Philippines. jlgm will verify your age via government-issued Philippine ID during KYC. Underage accounts will be closed immediately and any funds forfeited.
Each player may hold only one active jlgm account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under another person's identity — is a serious violation of these Terms. All duplicate accounts and associated balances will be suspended without notice.
All bonuses at jlgm are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable turnover multiplier, qualifying games, and time limits are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Attempting to abuse bonuses through systematic low-risk betting patterns may result in bonus cancellation.
jlgm requires full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal. This includes submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlgm login credentials. jlgm will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account caused by your failure to keep your password secure. Enable two-factor authentication in your account settings for additional protection.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. jlgm operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
By registering a jlgm account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as well as jlgm's Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games, tournaments, or promotions published on the Platform from time to time.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account with jlgm and must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of jlgm following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
To register and maintain an active jlgm account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
To create a jlgm account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform, providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You must not register using false, misleading, or incomplete information.
jlgm operates a strict one account per person policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. If jlgm identifies multiple accounts operated by the same individual, all accounts except the first registered may be closed and any associated balances subject to review.
KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, jlgm requires you to complete KYC verification. This requires submission of the following:
jlgm reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where required for regulatory compliance or fraud prevention purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by jlgm may result in account suspension.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlgm login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your jlgm account.
jlgm will never ask you to disclose your password via email, chat, SMS, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from jlgm requesting your password is fraudulent. You must report any suspected unauthorized access to your account immediately to jlgm's support team.
jlgm shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. You must notify us immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized use of your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings.
jlgm accepts deposits from Filipino players via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlgm does not accept foreign currencies directly.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to daily, weekly, or monthly caps as notified within the Platform's cashier section. Deposits via e-wallets (GCash, Maya) are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take 15–60 minutes depending on the financial institution and time of transaction.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your jlgm account are from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. jlgm does not knowingly accept deposits from payment methods not registered to the account holder. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be returned and your account subject to review.
Withdrawal requests from your jlgm account may be submitted at any time, subject to the following conditions being met: (i) your KYC verification is complete; (ii) you have met all applicable wagering requirements for any bonus funds included in your balance; and (iii) your account is in good standing with no pending investigations or compliance holds.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. jlgm processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for deposit where possible — this is an anti-money laundering compliance requirement. Where the original deposit method cannot accept withdrawals (e.g., 7-Eleven CLiQQ), jlgm will request an alternative verified payment method in the account holder's name.
jlgm aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:
jlgm reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation is suspected. Such reviews may extend the processing timeline. jlgm will communicate the reason for any such delay to the affected account holder.
jlgm offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and VIP event rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all jlgm promotions:
All games offered on the jlgm Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI Gaming, and Evolution Gaming) and are subject to those studios' respective game rules. The displayed Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of game rounds — they do not represent a guaranteed return on any individual session.
jlgm and its game providers use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to determine game outcomes. No outcome can be predicted, predetermined, or influenced by jlgm or by the player outside the normal mechanics of each game.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that results in an interrupted game round, jlgm will investigate and, where possible, restore the game state to the position immediately prior to the error. If restoration is not technically possible, the wager placed for the interrupted round will be refunded to the player's account. jlgm shall not be liable for any alleged winnings arising from a malfunctioning game state.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlgm Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
jlgm reserves the right to suspend, terminate, and/or refer to the appropriate Philippine authorities any account found to have engaged in the above prohibited conduct. Funds held in accounts suspended for prohibited conduct may be withheld pending investigation and, where appropriate, reported to PAGCOR's anti-money laundering unit.

jlgm reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed at the player's request (voluntary closure), jlgm will process any outstanding withdrawable balance to the account holder's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
Where an account is suspended or closed due to breach of these Terms, jlgm will conduct an investigation prior to releasing any remaining balance. Funds associated with fraudulent activity will not be returned and may be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
All content on the jlgm Platform — including but not limited to the jlgm name and logo, website design, software, game graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jlgm and/or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jlgm content without the express prior written consent of jlgm.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlgm's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
jlgm shall not be liable for: (i) any loss of profits, revenue, or data; (ii) any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss; (iii) game outcome results, which are determined by certified RNG systems outside of jlgm's direct control; (iv) service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or BSP/PAGCOR regulatory actions.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit jlgm's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any fraudulent misrepresentation made by jlgm to the player.
jlgm collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and jlgm's full Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jlgm will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties only where required for regulatory compliance (e.g., PAGCOR reporting, anti-money laundering obligations), payment processing, KYC verification, or game delivery by licensed software partners.
jlgm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jlgm will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or on-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the jlgm Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting jlgm support.
These Terms and Conditions and all matters relating to your use of jlgm shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute arising between you and jlgm, you agree to first contact jlgm's customer support team to attempt informal resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
As jlgm is a PAGCOR-licensed operator, players may also escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR through its official player complaints procedure. jlgm cooperates fully with all PAGCOR dispute resolution processes.
